The Joe Louis Greenway Partnership (JLGP) was founded in 2023 to serve as the long-term steward of the Joe Louis Greenway and a trusted partner for residents in the cities that it serves including Detroit, Hamtramck, Highland Park and Dearborn. The JLGP engaged 313c to lead a strategic collaboration of public, private and philanthropic leaders to build an equitable approach for neighborhood development along the 27-mile Joe Louis Greenway (JLG).

Central to this effort was a three-part convening series that led to a consensus approach, governance structure, and emergent project management office (PMO) for neighborhood development. 313c worked closely with program partners from the City of Detroit and Invest Detroit to guide an approach that aligns with the City’s Neighborhood Development Planning Study for the JLG.
